Saphier and Heller lawyers provide compliance advice to its California clients. The Office of Inspector General (OIG) has issued several “guidances” regarding compliance with anti-fraud and abuse laws, and we have advised our clients with respect to these guidances, including those applicable to hospitals, physician group practices, and medical billing companies.
Our services in this area include the provision of assistance in developing compliance plans, as well as providing advice when issues arise regarding interpretation, procedures, and enforcement activity under existing plans.
