This work includes formation of these corporations, amendments of organizational documents, and corporate dissolutions. We also assist with the qualification of corporations to do business in various states.
Our corporate work includes the preparation of all pertinent documentation, including stock purchase agreements, stock option agreements, merger agreements, acquisition agreements, articles of incorporation, bylaws, organizational minutes, corporate resolutions, and so forth.
