Workers' Compensation Arrangements
Our work in the workers’ compensation area includes the provision of advice regarding provider networks, as established by California’s recently enacted workers’ compensation reform law, as well as other issues arising under that law. We also provide advice with respect to workers’ compensation matters in the context of our work for industrial medicine clinics and with respect to California self-referral laws specifically applicable to workers' compensation patients.
